We are pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Dean Huber of Danville Kitchens and Baths. Dean recently completed a bathroom remodeling project for us and we are very pleased with the results.

Dean and his wife, Sarah, exhibited creativity in the design process, and they communicated very well on the entire project. Dean’s choice of subcontractors was outstanding, as we were impressed with the professionalism of the electrical, plumbing, tile, and cabinet work. One truly remarkable aspect was Dean’s project management-- he quietly got the work done on schedule day by day, and that gave us great confidence during what can otherwise be a trying time.

The Town of Danville has a reputation for tough building inspectors who are sticklers for all the rules and regulations. When we watched Dean’s interactions with the inspector, it was clear that there was a mutual respect that moved everything along with no drama.

Dean told us that he guaranteed out complete satisfaction, and his follow-up calls have clearly demonstrated his willingness to make good on that if necessary. So far, the bathroom has been a wonderful improvement in our home.

Dear Dean,
We think that our hall bathroom was a bit of a challenge so a sincere thank you for the great bathroom we ended up with. You had some wonderful ideas and practical suggestions; what we saw in o0ur mind you were able to create in our bathroom putting in products or designs that made it even better than we imagined.

Dean, you were really easy to work with. We enjoyed talking with you and problem solving. You stayed calm and focused when surprises presented themselves to you. As I said to you a number of times in the weeks you were in our home, this was much less painful than I had expected. You made the project fun.

Although you were kind, we think the tile was a challenge, but you worked with us and with the help of some great tile guys, anyone looking at the end result would never know that there were any issues at all! Since we have more tile knowledge now, we know that our next bathroom, (if you will have us a next time), will be even more beautiful.

We will be in touch when we can get our act together to figure out what we want for our master bathroom, (one sink or two, vessel or regular), and have done more research and looking around. But you know us, be ready for some odd questions and who knows what else!
